As the HAL project VG09081 nears completion, young vegetable growers events are planned for Stanthorpe and Gatton in mid December 2011.
Planned topics on the agenda include; ‘the evolving way of ‘doing business’ in vegetables, buying v leasing of land, Vegtool 1.0, new age cover crops and understanding the latest insect control chemistry.
Plus the mega vegetable challenge and your last chance to get giant pumpkin seeds for 2011.
Remember there is always the opportunity to suggest topics or activities for the agenda.
